Kvinder i Finans ("Women in Finance") is a professional network for women within M&A and Private Equity in Denmark
About us
Kvinder i Finans (KiF) is an organisation that aims to increase the number of women working in the financial sector, primarily within M&A. At the same time, KiF works to retain these women in the industry, by establishing a broader network of like-minded people, where women can develop both professionally and personally.
Update September 2025: Since 2019, Kvinder i Finans has grown from 8 members into a highly valuable network of over 130 women, more than 200 mentorships, countless events, and strong media recognition. With deep gratitude for everything we have built together, we have decided that 2025/26 will be KiF's final season. We hope the spirit of KiF will live on in new networks, professional relationships, and the many careers it has inspired.

We currently have 10 network groups and more than 130 members in total who meet at least once a month.
